The Jacksonville Ski Club is an ALL VOLUNTEER organization.  We are NOT a travel agent. We are only as strong and as good as our BEST volunteers.  ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.  If you have a talent that can improve the club please come forward.  WE will find a place for YOU!

December 15-22   Snowmass, Colorado    (All schools - Christmas Break)

An old time favorite returns to the Jacksonville Ski Club.  Ski-in ski-out lodging with breakfast and lunch included, and five day lift ticket good for Snowmass, Aspen, Highlands, and Buttermilk mountains!

January 12-19   FSC - Heavenly – Lake Tahoe – California/Nevada

Join 800 + skiers and snowboarders from Florida.  This Florida Ski Council Trip includes a 5-day lift ticket, Nastar Racing, parties, mountain picnic lunch and many activities with 14 clubs from Florida.  Accommodations are hotel rooms at Harvey’s Casino and it is just 1500 feet to Heavenly’s Gondola.

February 9-16 Quebec City – FSC

Join the Florida Ski Council for an exciting trip to Quebec City.  Stay in the legendary Fairmont Chateau Frontenac on the majestic St. Lawrence Seaway. Experience the romantic and fascinating city of Quebec, more like Europe than Canada. Ski daily at Mont Sainte Anne, Stoneham or Le Massif; or enjoy the exciting side trips and the many extras and activities of this Florida Ski Council Trip.

March 1-8 Telluride, Colorado

You can be part of wonderful skiing, beautiful views and a great western town.  Telluride is located at an end of a box canyon and is one of the most beautiful places you’ll ever ski.  Seven nights lodging in lift side condominiums and skiing for everyone.  This will be the ski trip not to miss.

March 4-12   FSC – Interlaken, Switzerland & Zurich overnight

March 12-18 Zurich & Paris Extension

In the heart of the Swiss Alps lies the charming and exclusive resort of Interlaken. Excellent skiing, cafes, nightlife, daily tours or skiing and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world are all part of this exciting Swiss Skiing and Touring Adventure. You can either extend your trip after your week in Interlaken for another week in Zurich and Paris, or skip Interlaken and meet us in Zurich for the Zurich & Paris Extension.

March 29-April 5  Keystone, Colorado – Spring Break (Duval and Clay)

The JSC will be staying at the River Run Resort which is located in the heart of Keystone Village. The Gondola is an easy stroll away.  The trip package will include a 5-day lift ticket that are also good for skiing at Breckenridge, A-basin, Vail and Beaver Creek.  Keystone also offers night skiing so you have the opportunity to ski from 8:30 AM until 9 PM.  Spring skiing at its best, Keystone features a state-of-the-art terrain park, great snow and skiing for all levels.  Snowmobile on the Continental Divide and tubing nightly are great options.

Trip Info, Conditions & Policies...

Eligibility
Participation in any trip is limited to those persons who are current members of the Jacksonville Ski Club. The Ski Club can, at their discretion, refuse booking to any individual or individuals.

Tour Conditions, Responsibility & Cancellation
JACKSONVILLE SKI CLUB acts only in the capacity of agent for passengers in all
matters pertaining to hotel accommodations and transportation, whether by railroad, motor bus, steamship or plane, and as such, they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour(s), or otherwise with the connection therewith. We reserve the right without notice to make changes in transportation or lodgings as might become necessary. The JACKSONVILLE SKI CLUB
reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time.

Cancellation Policies
As noted, cancellation policies on individual trips apply to non-air services. Additional
penalties may be assessed by the air carrier involved. Please see notes regarding payment due dates.

Single Policies
If you have no roommate, your trip leader will attempt to find a roommate for you. If at the time of final payment no roommate can be found, you will have two options: (1) pay the supplement for single occupancy if available and travel as planned, or (2) cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.

Payment Due Dates
Payment due dates must be observed. Your balance must be paid in full ON OR
BEFORE the stated date
. If not, your reservation will be offered to anyone on the wait list or any other interested party & you will be considered canceled. If you wish to reinstate your reservation (and if it is still possible to do so) you may incur a reinstatement charge.

Wait List Policies
The Ski Club will accept wait list requests for a trip which is sold out. Wait Lists will be
established on a first come, first served basis, based on the date of receipt of your deposit check. Wait List payment will be held on file until either the trip departs, the applicant requests it back or a reservation is offered. If a reservation is offered, the applicant must provide a prompt response. If the response is no, the payment will be returned without charge. If the response is yes, the monies will be immediately deposited and the remainder paid as agreed.

Please Note: This is a group ski trip, not an individual ski booking. The Jacksonville Ski Club is a not for profit organization, not a travel agent.
