PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted by cash, check only. Remaining payments due by cash or check only. Deposit: $400 per person payable at time of booking. Second payment: $500 per person due Oct, 14. Balance due: December 1. Late payment fee is $50 per person and applies to both the second payment and balance due.

CANCELLATION FEES: prior to Oct. 14, $50 per person; Oct. 14 to December 1, $500 per person; after December 1, nonrefundable. Cancellations must be received in writing at Jacksonville Ski Club. Trip cancellation/travel insurance is available from non Jacksonville Ski Club sources, and strongly recommended.

DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: result in additional costs of $50 per person plus any difference in cost.
