Privately owned three bedroom condominiums have fully equipped
kitchens with top of the line appliance packages. Daily maid
service and large rustic timber and stone fireplaces, an
outdoor heated pool and common area hot tub are on site so you
can unwind after a day on the slopes. Complimentary shuttles
to / from slopes and Park City.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS: All payments are to be paid
by cash or check only. Deposit: $1000 per person payable at
time of booking. Second payment: $500 per person due October
15. Balance due: December 15. Late payment fee $50 per person
applies to both the second payment and balance due.
CANCELLATION FEES: Oct 15 to Nov.14,
$1,000 per person; Nov. 15 to Dec.14, $1,500 per person; after
Dec, 15 nonrefundable Cancellations must be received in
writing. Trip cancellation/travel insurance is available and
strongly recommended.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: Result in additional
costs of $50 per person plus any difference in cost.
