sits at the base of Peak 9. A true
ski in/ski out slope side resort. Free shuttles are available
to take you anywhere in Breckenridge, we are about 2 blocks
from town. There are 2 heated pools and 8 hot tubs,
exercise room, sauna, steam room, massage and spa services,
and a video arcade. Two Bedroom Suites feature three queen
beds, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, fireplace and private
balcony.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted
by cash, check, remaining payments due by cash or check only.
Deposit: $400 per person payable at time of booking. Second
payment: $500 per person due Oct. 15. Balance due: Dec. 15.
Late payment fee is $50 per person and applies to both the
second payment and balance due.
CANCELLATION FEES: prior to Oct
15, $50 per person; Oct. 15 to Dec 15, $400 per person; after
Dec 15, nonrefundable. Cancellations must be received in
writing. Trip cancellation/travel insurance is available
and strongly recommended. See your trip leader for
information.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: result in
additional costs of $50 per person plus any difference in
cost.
